The Zoo de Granby Mission Faune Foundation is proud to invite you to the 3rd edition of its benefit event: The Explorers' Feast!

A challenge where you are the judge

Get ready to experience a unique culinary challenge where you will be the judges! Participating chefs and restaurateurs will draw from local flavors, traditions, and ingredients to delight your taste buds. In addition to savoring delicious dishes, you'll have the opportunity to bid on prizes during our auction, indulge in and refine your mixology skills, network, and support a noble cause: all proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Granby Zoo Wildlife Mission Foundation, which works for the conservation and protection of wildlife.

Co-owner Chef – Restaurant Oblon

Having been in the culinary world since the age of 16, Sam is a self-taught chef with a passion for good food. Curious and always eager to learn, he creates gourmet dishes that highlight Quebec products and the world of craft breweries. A father of two, he balances his time between cooking, sports, and family, driven by the joy of hosting and creating memorable moments for his guests.

Martin Gagnon

Chef  – Cabinn, Attelier Archibald, and Deli Restaurants


Passionate about hospitality and the restaurant industry, Martin Gagnon has built extensive professional experience, leveraging his expertise and talent in several establishments, including La Boissonnerie, Deli, Social Bar & Cie, and Attelier Archibald. His career reflects a consistent commitment to delivering memorable experiences where quality service meets a warm atmosphere. His approach combines professionalism, rigor, and approachability, creating a rare balance that appeals to both his business partners and clientele.

Moreno Tomei

With over four decades of experience in gourmet cuisine and teaching, Moreno has traveled the world seeking inspiration, which he loves to share through his creations. Visionary and passionate, he invites guests on a journey of discovery. His expertise, creativity, and commitment to excellence make every meal a unique culinary experience.

Patrick Leduc

Corporate Event Chef – Zoo de Granby

With over 30 years of experience, Patrick Leduc honed his craft at Château Bromont before joining the Zoo team. His creativity and expertise make him a key figure in our region’s culinary scene. He is lending his talent to the Explorers’ Feast for the second consecutive year.
