No. The exclusive entrance is exclusively for already activated memberships. You will need to go to the main entrance of the Zoo to activate your membership.

Yes, but the person must have their Zoo ticket in hand. No ticket sales will be available at this entrance.

1. The Zoo de Granby membership gives unlimited access to the animal park, the amusement park (some rides have a fee) and the water park during opening hours, depending on the period covered by the current membership.
2. All membership sales are final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
3. Membership is only valid for its holder and cannot be sold or transferred at any time.
4. A membership card or bracelet is issued to each holder. On the first visit, a photo will be taken for his/her file.
5. For each visit, the membership card or bracelet must be presented to access the site.
6. In the event of the loss of a membership card or bracelet during the season, a replacement fee of $5 plus tax will apply. Upon request, additional cards or bracelets may be issued at a cost of $5 plus tax per unit.
7. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult, otherwise access will be denied. Furthermore, if children under 13 are left alone on site, the Zoo de Granby disclaims all liability other than that provided in its policies and asserts rights in the event of negligence on the part of accompanying adults.
8. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not allowed on site.
9. Upon showing the membership card or bracelet, the holder will receive a 15% discount at the Zoo’s restaurants and giftshops, on all regular-priced merchandise. This excludes alcoholic beverages. Please note that the card or bracelet must be presented before the transaction.
10. The Zoo de Granby participates in the Association of Zoos & Aquariums’ (AZA) Reciprocal Admissions Program. Membership holders can obtain a discount on the regular admission price at other AZA-accredited zoos that have a reciprocal agreement with the AZA. It is recommended to call these institutions in advance to check for changes before visiting them. If you need proof of membership, please send us a request by email at info@zoodegranby.com.
11. The Zoo de Granby reserves the right to change opening days, hours, and prices at any time without notice. No refunds or compensation will be given in the event of a late opening or an early closing of all or part of the site.
12. Certain weather conditions may require the temporary closure of certain activities and/or some areas of the site may be closed or not accessible during opening hours without compensation.
13. The membership holder agrees to abide by the code of conduct and all rules and regulations in effect at the Zoo de Granby. In the event of default, the card or bracelet may be confiscated and terminated without compensation or refund.
