Remember to Take Your Passport Along On
the Paths of Africa

At the Zoo's entrance, visitors are handed passports that they can have stamped at several border checkpoints that have been set up along the Paths of Africa.

This precious document will provide visitors with information about the African countries they are "visiting" and the species they will be observating there. Did you know that the lion's roar can be heard over 9 kilometres away or that the elephant's trunk contains 40,000 muscles?

At Granby Zoo, we're ready to wager that at a certain point, visitors will feel they have left North America for another continent...
