Q: Are there any hotels or camp sites close to the Zoo and what are the packages they offer with the Zoo?

Q: How long does it take to visit Granby Zoo?

A:  We now offer a 2-day visit because many visitors do not have enough time to visit everything in one day. Our daily rate includes the Zoo and the Amazoo Yoplait Water Park, and some amusement rides. Approximately a dozen presentations are given by the zookeepers and educators everyday.

Q: Is bringing our lunch on the site possible?

A:  Yes, however, alcoholic beverages, glass containers and barbecues are not permitted on the site. Granby Zoo has offers different picnic areas. We also have a restaurant on site that offers a variety of menus.

Q: Can we feed the animals?

A: You cannot feed the animals, because they have a special well-balanced diet elaborated by a nutritionist and frequently revised by the vetenerian. The petting farm and the Lories' Aviary are the only places where visitors can feed the animals with food provided by the Zoo. There is an extra fee for this.

Q: Can we bring our dog or cat at the Zoo?

A:  Domestic animals are forbidden on the site. Granby Zoo is considered a quarantine. In order to avoid diseases, no animals from the outside can be in contact with the animals from our collection.

Q: Can we visit the Zoo one day and the Amazoo Yoplait Water Park the next day?

A:  Unfortunately not. The regular daily price is for the Zoo and water park. Otherwise we have the package "2-day Expedition". For more information and our rates: www.zoodegranby.com/en/infos_tarifs.com

Q:  Is there a price only for the Zoo?

A:  No. Our rates are for both the Zoo and the Amazoo Yoplait Waterpark

Q:  Is there a place to breast-feed my baby?

A:  We have nursing rooms in different areas onth site.

Q:  Is the Zoo opened during the winter time?

A:  The Zoo is closed to the general public from mid-October. During the winter time, special visits of the Zoo are possible for school groups and corporate groups as well. However, early resservations are necessary. For information:

Q: Are the grounds of the Zoo accessible to the wheel chairs?

A: The grounds of the Granby Zoo are accessible to the wheel chairs. The Zoo is accredited Kéroul.
